Kalos Services is investing in the next generation of skilled trades professionals. We are hiring Apprentices for Refrigeration Installation, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical and Building Automation (BAS) career paths.

We teach motivated individuals these trades from the ground up No prior trade experience is required—just mechanical aptitude, a strong work ethic, and the drive to build a long-term career.

Location: Varies; some roles require the ability to work overnights and travel throughout the state of Florida.

Compensation: $17 - $22 hourly

Our training includes:

• Participate in hands-on, paid training led by experienced Kalos professionals
• Learn core mechanical, electrical, and safety fundamentals
• Receive trade-specific instruction based on your assigned career path
• Work alongside field teams to gain real-world jobsite exposure
• Develop the habits, standards, and discipline required in commercial construction environments
• We will provide all the tools and supplies needed for the training.
