Earn more, work less, with long weekends. Our Second Shift TIG Welder – Fabrication & Machining role lets you work just four days a week (4/10 schedule), enjoy a 30-minute paid lunch, and earn a $2/hour shift differential for evening hours. You’ll thrive in a focused, less hectic shop environment while tackling high-precision TIG welding projects in stainless steel and aluminum—and have three full days off to recharge.
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:00 AM (with a paid lunch break).You’ll weld and fabricate components from blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings using GTAW (TIG) processes. Candidates should be highly skilled and proficient in TIG welding stainless steel and aluminum, maintaining tight tolerances and exceptional weld appearance.
