Schedule: 12-hour overnight shifts | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Compensation: RN overnight: $35–50/hr. Competitive hourly pay based on experience
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time, permanent overnight positions in skilled nursing and rehabilitation settings across the Tyler / East Texas area
These roles are ideal for nurses who prefer night shifts, value schedule consistency, and are seeking long-term stability rather than short-term or rotating assignments. This opportunity is well-suited for RNs ready to step into a dependable overnight role within a supportive clinical environment.
Provide direct nursing care in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings during overnight hours
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and care plans
Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status
Collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary care teams
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
Ensure adherence to clinical standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements
Required
Active, unencumbered Texas RN license
Ability to work consistent overnight shifts
Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and communication skills
Reliable transportation and ability to commute within the Tyler / East Texas area
Preferred
Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or acute care settings
Comfort working independently during overnight hours
