Labourer

Adelaide & site based | Full-Time Permanent | Site Work Across
Australia

RSGx is seeking motivated and reliable Labourers to join our
growing operations team. This role offers the opportunity to work across major
industrial and mining projects, with approximately 70% of your time spent on
client sites and 30% based in our Adelaide workshop.

• Workshop rate: $41.00 per hour
• Site rate: $50.00 per hour

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• Must
  have previous experience in a labouring or construction role
• Mandatory: Current Driver's Licence, White Card, Working
  at heights, Confined spaces, First aid
• Advantageous but not essential: Skid Steer ticket, Excavator
  ticket, High Pressure Water Blasting, Basic Rigging, HR Licence – training will
  be provided
• Mechanical aptitude and a hands-on attitude
• Willingness to travel and work away from home and
  interstate
• Ability to pass full medical and regular Drug and Alcohol
  screening

The Role

• Reporting to the Operations Coordinator, you will:
• Perform general labouring, excavation and site
  preparation duties
• Assist tradespeople and project teams
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Maintain clean and safe work areas
• Assist with equipment preparation, maintenance and
  workshop activities
• Work across industrial, mining and construction sites
• Follow all safety procedures and site requirements
• Undertake site travel and occasional interstate work as
  required
• Some night shifts might be required. A 15% uplift will
  apply for any night shift work
