Job Description

We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to support an upcoming project. Opportunities are available for individuals of all experience levels—from entry-level candidates to those with more advanced construction or trade skills. This role involves a variety of tasks including basic site cleanup, material handling, and assisting skilled trades as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal and maintaining a safe work environment
• Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment
• Support skilled tradespeople with tasks as directed
• Operate basic hand and power tools (based on experience level)
• Follow all safety guidelines and job site procedures
• Complete tasks efficiently and according to project timelines

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment (preferred but not required for all roles)

Preferred Skills (for higher-skill roles):

• Experience in construction
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Ability to read basic measurements or blueprints
