We are currently looking for Skilled Labor Production Workers to join our team!

Help make and package organic food people love. We’re looking for team members for three opportunities:

Case Packer Operator – Packaging

Set up and operate case packing and robotic palletizing equipment. Adjust settings, troubleshoot jams and complete production checks to keep our packaging lines running smoothly.

Dump Station Operator – Processing

Weigh, measure and batch dry ingredients according to recipes. Operate equipment, monitor ingredient flow and verify labels to keep production accurate and consistent.

Scale Operator – Packaging

Set up and operate scale systems, verify ingredients and recipes, and monitor product flow. Adjust equipment, complete quality checks and support machine operators as needed.

What you’ll bring: Attention to detail, a team-focused attitude and a commitment to safety and food quality. Manufacturing or equipment experience is an asset. Roles involve standing for 12-hour shifts and regularly lifting up to 50 lbs. Come make good food with good people!

Day Shift Hours: 5:50AM-6:00PM on a Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule

Night Shift Hours: 5:50PM-6:00AM on a Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule

Pay for all three roles: $22.51/hour, (plus a $1.50/hour night shift premium—that’s $24.01/hour on nights)
