Responsibilities:

Pre-Make ready:

Help in preparing RM / ORM on the machine.

Start Up/ Job Setting:

Ensure that the Raw Materials are fed in the barrels.
Ensure that all ORM are near the machine (cores, air bubbles ect...).
Help in preparing the machine according to PCC and Job Factory Ticket.

Job Production:

Checks & loads various RM/ ORM around the clock.
Prepares pallets and packing material around the clock.
handles the packing, unloading, palletizing, weighing and transferring of finished rolls.
Acquires all needed paperwork & materials (documents, parts, tools…) from related sections.
Disposes of generated waste.
Assists Team leader, Lead operator and operator upon request.
To report any quality defects to QC, Team Leader, Lead Operator and operator.
Assist the operator to reach the KPI target.

Skills:

Controlling equipment.
Watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.

Knowledge:

Machines and tools.

Abilities:

Basic English communication skills.
