Skilled production worker for Electrical Assembly

Advansor is looking for a production worker to join an international team, driven by finding the best customer solutions.

Your role

You will join our skilled electrical assembly production team, primarily working with electrical assembly on cooling systems and heat pumps of various sizes. Your tasks will include preparing the systems with cable routing, as well as installing cables and electrical panels on the units. You will be part of the electrical department, but you will also collaborate across other departments.

You will be working in a strong, well-established team where you will have the opportunity to influence our workflows and grow both professionally and personally. We enjoy great collaboration, both within the team and with our colleagues in other departments. At Advansor, we support and help each other across teams and professional boundaries.

About you

We are looking for a colleague with technical or trade background, such as an electrician, automation technician, or similar. However, if you are skilled with your hands and have prior experience with the assembly of mechanical machinery, being a certified tradesperson is not a requirement.

Your mindset is what matters most: you take ownership, remain curious, and are eager to learn. You take high professional pride in your work and always prioritize a high level of quality.

It is an advantage—but not a requirement—if you have previously worked with mechanical machinery and are comfortable using standard IT tools (email, time tracking, etc.).

You will be covered by health insurance, while your salary is agreed based on your qualifications.

Our location is in Brabrand, close to E45 and with bus stops nearby, enabling easy access.
