Job Description

We are seeking a skilled construction laborer with their own tools to join our team on active job sites throughout San Francisco. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on construction experience who can support multiple trades and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general construction labor including site cleanup, material handling, and demolition
• Assist carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other trades as needed
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Load/unload materials and organize job site
• Perform basic tasks such as framing support, drywall assistance, and minor repairs
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have own basic construction tools (hand tools, drill, etc.)
• 2+ years of construction or labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to take direction and work independently
