The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in framing, flooring installation, carpentry, or other skilled construction trades . Key Responsibilities Assist with framing, flooring installation, carpentry, and general construction tasks. Measure, cut, and install building materials accurately. Read and follow measurements, instructions, and basic construction plans. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Assist with building and assembling structures for new residential construction. Perform demolition, material handling, and job site preparation as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work alongside construction crews to complete projects on schedule. Follow all workplace safety procedures. Requirements Requirements Previous hands-on construction experience required. Experience in at least one of the following areas: framing, flooring, carpentry, or residential construction. Ability to use common hand tools and power tools. Basic knowledge of construction measurements and building materials. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Reliable transportation to job sites. Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Experience working on new residential builds. Experience installing flooring, framing walls, or performing finish carpentry.
