PuroClean is looking for a dependable and hardworking Carpenter to join our growing team in Gilbert, PA. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential carpentry, remodeling, restoration, and general construction work. We are seeking someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, works well with a team, and maintains a professional attitude on job sites. Your expertise will help transform damaged or outdated spaces into beautiful, functional environments, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining high standards of quality.

Duties

  • Perform comprehensive restoration tasks, including water damage remediation, mold removal, and structural repairs.
  • Execute framing, drywall installation, plastering, and stucco work to restore or remodel interiors and exteriors.
  • Install fixtures, cabinetry, doors, siding, flooring, tile, and roofing with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment to complete projects efficiently.
  • Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure precise implementation of project specifications.
  • Conduct heavy lifting and physical tasks such as rebar installation, concrete forming, masonry work, and metal stud framing.
  • Collaborate with team members on-site to ensure safety protocols are followed while maintaining productivity standards.
Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of carpentry, construction, or restoration experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of residential construction and remodeling practices
  • Proven experience in construction estimating, carpentry (including trim and frame carpentry), roofing, masonry, or related fields within the restoration industry.
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, schematic reading, blueprint interpretation, and construction site safety practices.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks consistently.
  • Knowledge of fabrication techniques, including metal stud framing and drywall finishing.
  • Valid experience in working with various materials such as stucco, siding, woodwork, tile laying, flooring installation, and fixture mounting.
  • Prior experience in the restoration industry or related manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
