To be eligible for aSkillBridge, you must meet the following requirements:
Must be on Active-Duty orders in the U.S. Armed Forces
Must be eligible toparticipateper DoD Instruction 1322.29.
Must have all TAP and transition requirements completed prior to the start date.
Must receive approval from Unit Commander or O4+ in the chain of command.

IAW DoDI 1322.29, as a SkillBridge participant, you will not be an RTX employee and will remain under the administrative control of your military chain of command. Therefore, you will not receive any form of compensation for your work. Additionally, any type of benefits that the company offers its regular employees such as, but not limited to, health benefits, holiday pay, vacation pay, sick leave, and retirement benefits, will not be available to SkillBridge participants.RTX anticipates the application window closing approximately 40 days from the date the notice was posted.
