The Role
The Sr. Business Analyst is responsible for calculating billable and non‑billable fees for WI and HCG client relationships and ensuring all billing aligns with contract terms and program guidelines. This role supports accurate, timely invoicing across client segments and helps maintain strong financial controls within Billing Operations.
Key responsibilities include:
The Billing Operations team manages the setup, invoicing, and collections processes for DC, DB, H&W, SPS, and HSA clients. The team partners closely with internal business groups to ensure accurate billing, adherence to contract requirements, and consistent, high‑quality service delivery. The Sr. Business Analyst plays a key role in supporting these operations by ensuring data accuracy, financial integrity, and timely invoicing.
Business Analysis
Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
