TheSailPointIdentityNowExpertwill workfor the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Programwithin a multi-disciplinary team of engineers,architects, program managersand willhave strongtechnicalimplementation experience with SailPointIdentityNowSuccess for this role is centered upon yourability toprovide deep technicalexpertisefordesign, testing,deploymentand operationsof SailPointIdentityNow

The Role will:

  • Performthe full range of Identity Governance Administration (IGA)project delivery using SailPointIdentityNow

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for SailPointIdentityNow, providing design, testing,implementationand operational support (including troubleshooting for complex issues).

  • Assistingwith the buildingofscriptsand other customizations as necessary for successfulIGAdeployment

  • AssistwithproductionofIGAtechnical and process documentation.

  • Implementation ofIGArequirements and processes.

  • Providing professionalSailPointIdentityNowsubject matterexpertiseto colleagues.

  • Perform code reviews with and for IAM team members

  • Drive and supportSailPointIdentityNowrelated testing,QAand training materials.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

  • Strongand provenexperienceand technical skillswithimplementingand supportingSailPointIdentityNow

  • ExperiencewithJava, PowerShell, LDAP, ServiceNow, Postman,VSCodeIDE, JSON, Velocity Template Language (VTL)

  • Deep experience with SailPointIdentityNowin developing custom workflows, connectors, rules,roles,andcompliance campaigns

  • Experience configuring connectionsfor multiple types of applications such asActive Directory, Workday, ServiceNow, database connections,andweb services/REST

  • Experience withcloud-based deployments and technologies

  • Good awareness of other IAM tools and the IAM technical landscape, technologicaldevelopmentsand trends

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analyticalmindsetand attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, self-organized and self-driven to execute work assigned.

  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks being worked on simultaneously.

  • One or more Security certifications (i.e.,CISSP, CCSP, CISM)

Qualifications:

  • Must meet all eligibility requirements outlined in DOD Instruction 1322.29 and NAVADMIN 222/15. Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher incomputer engineering,management informationsystemsor relatedfield;or equivalent work experiencein a medium or large corporate environment or military service/experience

  • 5+ years designing, configuring, implementing/deployingandmaintainingan IGA solution such as SailPoint or equivalent toolin an enterprise environment.

  • 2+ years proven experience designing, implementing/deployingand supporting solutionsusingSailPointIdentityNow

  • SailPoint CertifiedIdentityNowEngineer

  • Scripting experience

  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated ability to work within globally dispersed and cross-functional teams.

  • Broad knowledge of information technology in various application and infrastructure platforms including network (physical, virtual, internal, cloud), system platforms, storage, directory services, and end user computing

  • Good time management habits, ability to multitask, and to sustain focus on long tasks.Ability to communicate thoughts and technical ideas

  • Attitude of taking initiative, enthusiasm, eagerness to learn, teamwork, and creativity.

  • The ability to prioritize effectively, balance assigned work and exceptional organization skills required for our constantly evolving environments

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for team-based work assignments

  • Presentation skills with colleagues and clients of all levels
