PURPOSE / DESCRIPTION OF POSITION The Ski School Supervisor is responsible for supervising ski instructors and coordinating the daily organization of the Ski Schooladult group, teenclasses,and privatelessons.
JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise the daily organization of Ski School lessons and programs
Handle guest concerns and situations asneeded
Assistother supervisors and instructors on snow when needed
Assistand coach/mentor ski instructors
Coordinate and assist with assigned special tasks, which mayincludeSpecialty or Corporate Group lesson organization
Completemid-season and end-of-season performance reviews
Duties may change or expand based on business needs
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
MinimumPSIA Level 1certification
Strong communicationskills essential
Experience supervising employees, coaching performances, solvingproblemsand handling guest relations
Experience supervisingadultski programs preferred
Must be a team-oriented player and able to work under the pressure of a high-volume environment
Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
