Your Role As Store Manager of our Chadstone flagship, you will lead from the front to deliver a best in class retail experience.

You will
• Inspire, coach and develop your team to exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Foster a high performance culture through leadership, training and development
• Drive store success through operational excellence including stock management, visual merchandising and wage control
• Analyse store performance and identify opportunities to maximise commercial results
• Deliver an exceptional customer first retail experience aligned with Skechers brand standards
• Recruit, develop and mentor the next generation of retail leaders
• Ensure excellence in health, safety and operational compliance
About You
You are an experienced retail leader who thrives in high energy, high volume environments and knows how to bring out the best in people.

You bring
• Previous experience as a Retail Store Manager in a fast paced environment
• Strong leadership capability with a results focused mindset
• A passion for team development, coaching and culture building
• Excellent communication and people leadership skills
• A strong focus on customer experience, brand presentation and commercial performance
• A track record of exceeding sales and profit targets
