Job Title: Skate Manager

Job Type: 6 Months Contract)

Job Location: Phuket / Huahin

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Skate Manager to join our team. The Skate Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our skatepark, managing the staff, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all skaters.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the skatepark, including scheduling, staffing, and maintenance.
• Manage and lead the skatepark staff, including training, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all skaters by enforcing rules and regulations, and promoting good sportsmanship.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local skateboarding communities, including organizing events and competitions.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage budgets to ensure efficient operations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and well-maintained facility.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a skatepark or similar facility.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for skateboarding and knowledge of skatepark operations and industry trends.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, social media, and other computer applications.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Bachelor's degree in business management, sports management, or related field (preferred)
