
Our respected Client, a large international engineering and project consultancy, is seeking an experienced Industrial Project Manager to support the delivery of a major manufacturing / industrial project in Western Slovakia. Senior Project Manager - Industrial SK/2609/SPMI /Based in Western Slovakia/ About Role: The Senior Project Manager will be involved in the delivery of a complex industrial / manufacturing project, with a strong focus on construction execution, site coordination and successful project delivery. Due to the current project schedule and immediate delivery requirements, the Client is looking to appoint a suitable professional as soon as reasonably possible. Candidates with short notice periods or earlier availability will therefore be particularly relevant. The role requires a hands-on project professional able to coordinate contractors, subcontractors and multidisciplinary technical teams across civil, structural, architectural and building-services interfaces. The successful candidate should be comfortable operating in a site-intensive environment and supporting the project through construction, completion, commissioning and handover. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate construction activities on a large industrial / manufacturing project. Coordinate general contractors, subcontractors, consultants and other project stakeholders. Monitor construction progress, quality, schedule and technical compliance. Coordinate interfaces between civil, structural, architectural and building-services disciplines. Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues affecting project delivery. Support coordination of MEP systems, utilities and other technical infrastructure. Monitor contractors' performance and ensure works are delivered in accordance with project requirements. Participate in project reporting, progress meetings and coordination with the wider project team. Support project completion, commissioning, snagging / punch-list activities and handover. Maintain a strong focus on practical construction delivery, quality and successful project completion. Requirements: Proven experience in project or construction management within industrial, manufacturing or technically complex construction projects. Strong hands-on experience with physical building / facility construction, rather than solely production-line, tooling or industrialisation projects. Experience coordinating contractors and subcontractors on active construction sites. Good understanding of multidisciplinary construction interfaces, including civil, structural, architectural and building-services packages. Experience delivering projects through construction, completion and handover. Electrical experience, including exposure to power distribution, HV / LV systems, substations, utilities or industrial infrastructure, would be a strong advantage. Strong practical construction judgement and ability to solve problems directly on site. Ability to work effectively with international project teams and multiple stakeholders. Native / fluent Slovak. Good professional English. Availability to work regularly on site in Western Slovakia. Ability to join the project within a relatively short timeframe would be a strong advantage.
