The ROLE

Crafted in Shiga, Japan, SK-II seamlessly blends traditional Japanese craftsmanship with cutting-edge science. SK-II are currently recruiting for Beauty Influencers & Beauty Counter Managers across a number of David Jones counters nationally. Current vacancies include:

Counter Managers - Bondi Junction (NSW) and QueensPlaza (QLD)

Beauty Influencers - Elizabeth Street (NSW), Chatswood (NSW), Chadstone (VIC) and Adelaide Central Plaza (SA)

What YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE

  • Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the SK-II counter
  • Being dynamic and proactive in achieving sales targets
  • Supporting innovation and productivity initiatives to drive a seamless customer experience
  • Building strong customer relationships and maintaining long-term rapport
  • Adhering to standard operating procedures, including the handling of cash and company assets
  • Ensuring all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximise sales and productivity
  • Assisting with daily stock checks and maintaining accurate stock records

What YOU’LL NEED TO THRIVE

  • Minimum 1 year of skincare and/or beauty retail sales experience within a department store environment
  • Passionate about beauty products and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong sales capability with the motivation to achieve targets
  • Availability to work permanent part-time hours, with flexibility across key trading periods including weekends, public holidays, promotional events, and pop-ups
  • Experience in facial services is not essential but will be highly regarded
