Enough about us, let’s talk about you

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
• Strong working knowledge of Sitecore 10 Headless / AI
• Good understanding of Helix Architecture.
• At least 5 years of .NET and 3+ years of .Net Core of hands-on programming experience
• 5 years of strong web content management experience with Sitecore implementation and upgrade experience
• Experience with reusable components and templates, customization, personalization, search, workflows
• Experience with Sitecore modules like commerce implementation
• Experience with Sitecore tools such as (Sitecore Rocks, TDS, Unicorn, GlassMapper, Habitat, CastleWindsor, Sitecore Content Serialization etc.)
• Experience with configuration of production grade Sitecore CD and CM instances
• Experience with SOLR Search, Azure Search, Sitecore Search.
• Experience with Powershell Script Module in Sitecore.
• 5+ years building modern web applications/sites using modern frameworks (eg. ReactJs, AngularJS, NextJS) in a professional environment
• Minimum of 3 years in semantic HTML5 and CSS3, and comfortable with preprocessors
• Minimum of 3 years with JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX
• Comfortable with version control, preferably Git
• Experience with DevOps pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) for Sitecore deployments.
• Ability to troubleshoot performance issues (caching, indexing, CD/CM roles).
• Experience with MVC framework
• Experience with SQL Server
• Knowledgeable or Familiar with Sitecore Composable Products e.g. Content Hub, Order Cloud etc.
• Knowledgeable in generative AI; applied Azure OpenAI/OpenAI APIs in .NET projects.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following key experience and capabilities:

• Exposure to AI‑enabled tools for automation, monitoring, and content optimization.
• Experience with JavaScript framework and debugging tools e.g. fiddler etc.
• Sitecore Certified Developer (Certification)
