Job Location Fairfax - Fairfax, OK 74637 Position Type Regular Full-Time

Daily assistance with the preparation and delivery of home-delivered meals in Osage Nation delivery service area. Delivery routes begin each day at 9:00am. The Site Worker will maintain a sociable and friendly demeanor that boosts dialogue with the Elder Nutrition meal clients.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 or more years of experience in a customer service-based setting
• Intermediate proficiency in basic computer skills

• Must maintain a professional attitude and appearance that positively represents Elder Nutrition and the Osage Nation Health System
• Requires a high level of personal integrity and ethics.
• Requires a high level of problem solving skills
• Must maintain confidentiality at all times
• Requires good interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Must have a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and pass drug/alcohol testing
