This is a unique leadership opportunity to drive welding excellence at a strategically important manufacturing site undergoing significant modernization, including investments in robotic welding and laser-cutting technologies.
Reporting directly to the Site Managing Director, you will lead all welding activities and play a key role in ensuring our frame production meets the highest standards of quality, safety, delivery, and performance.
You'll inspire and develop a team of approximately 30 professionals, including Welding Engineers, Welding Monitors, and Welding Trainers within our Welding School. Working in a highly collaborative industrial environment, you'll partner with cross-functional teams while championing innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
As Site Welding Manager, you will:

✅ Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
✅ International Welding Engineer (IWE) certification
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy manufacturing, mechanical industry, or industrial production environments
✅ Strong knowledge of welding technologies and welding process management
✅ Experience in manufacturing engineering, industrialization, or production environments
✅ Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate, develop, and engage teams
✅ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
✅ Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
✅ Fluency in English & Hungarian
✅ A collaborative mindset and a passion for developing people and driving continuous improvement
