Uta Halee Academy (UHA) is a female-specific, residential program that offers young women opportunities to build productive and meaningful futures for themselves and their communities. Through rigorous education, positive skill development, and individualized therapeutic interventions and treatment, we empower youth to reach their full potential. The facility features residential student dormitories, on-site schooling, a dining hall, and extracurricular opportunities for the students. Pay starting at $52,000/annually (Higher starting pay for someone with more experience)

What you will do: As a Site Trainer, you will oversee all aspects of staff and designated student training, including initial training, annual refreshers, and recertifications. Assist with individual staff training for those new to their role or experiencing performance issues. Assist with new initiatives or required training across the site. Assist with student training as applicable (Orientation class, bullying, PRPs, PSD, POC, PREA, etc.).
To be considered, you should: Possess at least 2 years of post-high school education ~ 2 years of experience working with youth ~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.
Full-Time Schedule
Tuesday - Friday 12 p.m.- 8 p.m,, alternating Saturday & Sunday (hours agreed upon with DGL/PD ahead of time as it will depend on training needs)
