Nau mai, haere mai ki a Fulton Hogan | Join us at Fulton Hogan
We’re looking for a Site Traffic Management Specialist (STMS A/B) to join our South Urban team in Wiri, Auckland. You’ll lead day-to-day traffic management operations, support and supervise Traffic Controllers, and keep our worksites safe for our people, our clients and the public. Your work will help us deliver safer roads and support major roading and civil construction projects across Tāmaki Makaurau.
Mō te tūranga | About the role
This is a hands-on, mostly outdoor role where you’ll be out on the network, not stuck behind a desk. You’ll be the go-to on site for temporary traffic management (TTM), working side by side with Engineers, Supervisors and your crew to plan, set up and monitor safe layouts. You’ll have real responsibility, direct access to decision-makers, and the chance to influence how things are done day to day. The vibe is relaxed and down-to-earth, but when it’s time to deliver, we switch on, work as one team and get the job done safely and to a high standard.

Coordinate with Engineers, TMP Designers and other stakeholders to plan accurate and practical TTM layouts
Provide front-foot communication with clients, road users and the public, representing Fulton Hogan in a friendly, professional way
