Today, we are recruiting for a Site Team Assistant to join our team in Egypt This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Support the TPS site team on all administrative and operational coordination activities.
  • Coordinate material transfers and initiate material ordering processes in alignment with site requirements.
  • Follow up with the procurement team to ensure timely processing and delivery of materials and services.
  • Maintain and ensure up-to-date and accurate site documentation and records.
  • Support the preparation, submission, and follow-up of site permits and related approvals.
  • Engage with local suppliers and follow up to ensure timely delivery and compliance with project requirements.
  • Assist in preparing and updating site progress reports.
  • Monitor and follow up on equipment calibration schedules to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Track and coordinate maintenance schedules for site equipment and tools.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of all site-related administrative records.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or equivalent.
  • 2–5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or railway projects.
  • Strong Communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong Organizational and documentation management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in challenging site conditions.
  • Strong personality with the ability to deal effectively with different stakeholders.
  • Experience in dealing with local suppliers.
  • Previous experience in large-scale infrastructure or railway projects.
  • English & Arabic Language Speaking is a must
