K+S Services (a SunSource Company), an industry leader in repair and remanufacturing services of manufacturing equipment has an opening for a Site Support Specialist/Manager embedded on-site at the Pratt & Whitney manufacturing plant in West Palm, Florida.

This position will be responsible for managing, creating, organizing, and assisting in the facilitation of preventative maintenance and service call work streams. Strong communication is required with all levels of management to consistently meet required KPI’s from both a customer perspective and a K+S Services perspective. Must have ability to effectively deal with and resolve time sensitive customer issues and promote revenue growth to exceed assigned goals.

The Site Support / Contract Coordinator will be responsible for services calls and vendor management.

General Statement of Duties:

• Contract coordinator services for K&S vendor contracted work (Vendor Qualifications, EHS)

• On-site qualification of contractors (Contract Coordinator)

• Manage PM material ordering for planned maintenance requirement vendor services

• Smart Choice: Identification, Creation, Submission (cost savings)

• Manage service calls for repairs, PMs, and predictive maintenance for vendor services

• SAP notification and order management for K&S appointed work

• Manage PM material ordering for planned maintenance requirement vendor services

• Repairable asset management thru K+S STAMP process

• Support any additional customer initiatives and requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

1. Must be well organized and self-directed.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Some secondary education preferred
4. Must be proficient in STAMP database and customer databases ie. SAP.
5. Willing to be trained and complete all training to obtain Contract Coordinator status per customer requirements, to be able to serve as backup to Site Support Manager
6. Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office products.
