Job Title - Senior Engineer - Logistics

• Key Responsibilities:
• Acknowledgement of customer demand & circulate with internal team.
• Customer management. Able to manage customers as a first point of contact.
• Ontime fulfillment of customer demand.
• Daily interaction with CFT & aligned internal resources as per customer demand.
• Responsable for on time delivery of Finished Good to the Customer.
• Monthly tracking of invoices Vs GRN.
• GRN & payment tracking.
• Prepare invoice as the loading indent e.g. Tax Invoice, commercial Invoice, Scrap Invoice, Rejection Invoice, Customer Return, Supplier Return.
• Transport management.
• Regularly dispatch the material JIT sequencing flow Mahindra, VW.
• Ontime fulfillment of SAVW NON-JIT demand.
• Preparation & closer of returnable delivery challan.
• Managing warehouse operation & ensuring optimum inventory levels to achieve maximum cost saving with minimum holding of stock.
• 
  As per the customer material plan, regularly coordinate with customer & arrange the vehicle as per plan. Advance vehicle planning share with customers & transporters to avoid last minute rush.
• 
  ASN creation in the customer portal. i.e. SAVW, Mahindra & GMI.
• 
  Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.Other Requirements-
• Experience - 5+ Years
