As a Clarion Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the security and safety of our client's property and personnel. You will know all site-specific policies and procedures, be attentive and alert, record and report incidents, and participate in the client's emergency response procedures as appropriate and provide superior customer service.
Site Supervisor responsibilities include training security offers in proper security measures, performing site inspections and equipment inspections to confirm that the grounds and gear are all up to safety standards without the need for repair, and providing customer service to customers or guests that may require assistance.
Location: La Vergne, TN
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
1st Shift: 7:00AM-3:00PM CST
QualificationsQualifications-Site Supervisor
Minimum 1-2 years of security experience required
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Must have a valid driver's license and be driving eligible
Must possess an active and physical security license (unarmed or armed, if required by state)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
Basic computer skills (report writing, email, incident documentation)
Must be reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods
Ability to patrol assigned areas as needed
Must be able to lift up to 25-50 lbs. (if applicable)
