The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage a major multi-million-dollar project in Shellharbour. Looking for and end of February 2026 start.
Additional work will take place across the Sydney metropolitan region
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily site operations for security, access control, CCTV and associated system installations.
• Coordinate subcontract labour, site personnel and workflow scheduling.
• Interpret and work from construction, electrical and security services drawings.
• Organise and manage procurement of materials and equipment.
• Complete and maintain Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) for all relevant installation activities.
• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure compliance with SWMS and WHS requirements.
• Liaise with project managers, delivery managers, clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, quality and documentation to maintain Tritech’s high standards.
Ideal Candidate
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in the security industry (mandatory).
• Strong competency in reading and interpreting drawings.
• Experience coordinating material purchasing and subcontract labour.
• Ability to complete ITPs accurately and on time.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of WHS and SWMS processes.
• Current White Card and valid driver’s licence
• Security Licence - Class 2C
