Your next opportunity:

Boral is actively seeking a strategic & people focused Quarry Site Supervisor to oversee our Kalgoorlie Quarry

Reporting to the Regional Quarries Manager, you will be SSE WA qualified to ensure site compliance with all Mines Act & Regulations as well as performing excavation duties. You will play a key role in partnering with our internal stakeholders and the wider community to drive meaningful relationships.

Your day will involve:

  • Promoting and enforcing safety and environmental processes and protocols to meet performance outcomes
  • Effective management of daily operations, delivering on agreed priorities of cost control and production in line with quality, budgeting and forecasts
  • Sales Loader operation
  • Dockets & stock management
  • Ensure site compliance with Mines Act and Regulations 2022
  • Ensure site compliance with Boral Policies and procedures

What are we looking for?

  • Qualifications (or near completion) for Site Senior Executive (SSE) WA (Essential)
  • Strong knowledge of the Mining & Quarrying Safety & Health Act & Regs
  • Strong knowledge of hard rock quarrying and crushing processes
  • Sales Loader proficiency
  • Self-motivated with a strong commitment to safety and quality
