• Report and photograph any onsite damages or incidents.
• Liaise with clients to ensure that performance standards are met and complaints are addressed.
• Proactively resolve concerns before they are escalated by the client.
• Submit correct timesheets for assigned sites to Dayforce every Sunday / Monday.
• Set clear expectations with staff.
• Ensure that scheduled hours and actual hours are in line with the budget.
• Oversee or coordinate equipment repairs.
• Place monthly supply orders at the end of each month for all assigned sites.
• Conduct supply audits to ensure adequate par levels of supplies and consumables for each location (and to ensure sites stay within budget).
• Ensure that employees are compliant with requirements such as security clearances, access badges, business licensing, GST, WCB, and liability insurance (as applicable).
• Ensure the workforce is in compliance with all company, federal, and provincial regulations, as well as the Collective Bargaining Agreement (where applicable).
• Collaborate effectively with other departments, including People & Culture and the Service and Maintenance teams.

The Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience.

Good to Have
• Ability to identify knowledge gaps and reach out for training.
• Ability to identify recurring issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ability to take accountability to resolve matters in a timely manner.

The Compensation
• Salary Range: $50,000 to $60,000 per annum.
• Location: Oakridge Park.
• Openings: Full time and Part time.
• Comprehensive benefits package.
• Opportunities for advancement within a growing organization.
• A dynamic team culture that values accountability, professionalism, and service excellence.
