We are Australia’s leading privately-owned housing maintenance company, proudly serving Public Housing and Community Housing clients nationwide.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee the delivery of maintenance services for both residential and vacant properties in the Northam and surrounding regions.

In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will be responsible for preparing job quotations, managing variations, addressing defects, and overseeing subcontractors to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.

Key skills and responsibilities:

• Manage trades to conduct timely, high quality work;
• Scheduling subcontractors/trades to meet deadlines;
• Scoping of works;
• Quality inspections;
• Confident and friendly, and MUST be able to work autonomously;
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills;
• Good communication skills (polite, courteous and respectful)

Essential:

• Trade or building background preferred but not essential;
• Previous experience managing and supervising trades essential;
• Must have a current Drivers Licence;
• White Card essential or willing to obtain prior to appointment;
• National Police Check
