We deliver comprehensive solutions to Tier 1 clients, including bulk dozer push, coal quality and recovery, crushing, civil works, and rehabilitation services. With our Head Office in Beresfield, NSW, a fully equipped workshop in Muswellbrook, NSW, and an additional office in Queensland, we maintain a strong presence across all major sites in the Hunter region.

With ongoing growth across the project, we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee operational activities across our mobile crushing fleet at Mount Thorley Warkworth.

The Role

• Lead and oversee day-to-day site operations across our on-site mobile crushing fleet
• Maintain high operational standards across the team to achieve crushing production, adjusting plans and resources where required to achieve targets
• Collaborate with our maintenance team to ensure equipment is kept to a high quality and reliable
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate resources, including labour, equipment, and materials
• Drive safe and efficient site performance while maintaining compliance with site procedures and HSE standards

Present performance results and project updates in client meetings, ensuring clear reporting and alignment on project outcomes

• Manage site costs, resource allocation, and operational budgets to support project performance

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Step-up Supervisor in a mining and/or mobile crushing environment
• Strong technical knowledge of mobile crushing equipment
• Understanding of mine site safety systems, HSE requirements, and safe work practices

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, ability to monitor performance, deliver clear reporting and develop effective working relationships

• Ability to problem solve, prioritise workloads, and deliver results in a high-production environment
