Salary range: AED 25,000 - 30,000

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of interior fit-out projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors and consultants, monitoring workmanship, reviewing technical documentation, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and QA/QC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth site operations.
• Monitor site progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
• Review and verify shop drawings, technical submittals, and construction documentation before execution.
• Evaluate and approve material samples to ensure compliance with project specifications and design intent.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets quality standards and contractual requirements.
• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures throughout all stages of construction.
• Prepare detailed site reports, progress updates, inspection reports, and daily activity records.
• Identify non-conformances and ensure timely corrective actions are implemented.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients as required.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
• Support project managers in resolving technical and construction-related issues.
• Verify completed works prior to handover and ensure snagging items are addressed promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in interior fit-out projects, site supervision, or construction management.
• Proven experience supervising high-end commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, finishing works, and interior fit-out processes.
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and shop drawings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in preparing detailed technical and progress reports.
• Good working knowledge of QA/QC procedures and industry best practices.
• Familiarity with construction documentation, material approvals, and project specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction documentation software; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
