We are looking for a Site Supervisor for our facility in Hafnir Your mission will be to lead and coordinate all site operations, ensuring production, performance, and budget targets are met while upholding the highest standards in safety, sustainability, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate all departments on site (operations, maintenance, administration, etc.) to achieve production and performance goals.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and responsible production processes.
  • Plan and manage resources (staff, supplies, infrastructure, equipment) to optimize production and service.
  • Monitor and manage the site’s budget, proposing and implementing improvements as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, animal welfare, environmental regulations, and certifications.
  • Act as the main liaison between the site and other departments (Finance, HR, Legal, etc.).
  • Lead the implementation of cross-functional company projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Promote continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Science or Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably in feed production or aquaculture.
  • Knowledge of production processes, supply chain, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in interdepartmental collaboration and shared resource management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and KPI analysis skills.
  • Fluency in the local language; English is a plus.
