Our client is an International Construction Management and General Contracting Company.  They provide Construction Management and General Contracting services to their Clients with a level of expertise, service and commitment unparalleled in the industry. They offer a complete scope of construction services ranging from interior fit-out and refurbishment to out of the ground construction in Commercial, Manufacturing, Hotel & Hospitality, High Technology and Retail sectors of industry.

Site Supervisor (Fitting out)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the on site delivery of the Project (or portion of the Project he/she is supervising), in accordance with the Drawings, Specifications, Construction Programme, Cost Parameters, Quality Levels and Safety Guidelines set out by the Project Team.

Requirements:

• At least 3 yrs experiences in building / fitting-out of commercial & retail projects
• Conversant with interior fitting-out nature / surveying, A&A work and contractual documents are advantages
• Have good knowledge of technical skills in fitting-out
• Good PC knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlooks
• Excellent communication and site management skills
• Self-motivated, independent, responsible and hardworking.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
