Site Supervisor

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Duration: 2 months
Working Hours: 12 hours per day, 6 days a week

Our client, a leading construction firm in Dubai, is seeking Site Supervisors to oversee the day-to-day operations of an indoor construction project. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing teams of 20-30 workers, including foremen, plumbers, and builders. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in construction, engineering, or interior fit-out projects and must be fluent in Arabic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers on-site, including foremen, plumbers, builders, and other construction teams.
• Ensure that all project activities are carried out according to the approved project plans, schedules, and safety regulations.
• Monitor the daily progress of the construction project, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Manage and motivate on-site teams, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and high-quality work.
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders to report on progress and address any issues or challenges.
• Ensure the availability and proper use of materials, tools, and equipment on-site.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to site operations, including worker conflicts or technical problems.
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and conducting regular safety briefings.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction, engineering, or interior fit-out projects.
• Proven experience managing construction teams, including foremen, plumbers, and builders.
• Fluent in Arabic (speaking is essential for this role).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work long hours in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with indoor construction projects or fit-out works.
• Familiarity with Dubais construction regulations and standards.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
