Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Interior Fit-Out Supervisor to oversee and manage fit-out projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior construction, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead site teams effectively while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all site activities, including coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor and ensure project timelines, quality standards, and budgets are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and clients to address project requirements and resolve any issues.
• Prepare progress reports and documentation, maintaining clear and open communication with stakeholders.
• Oversee procurement and ensure materials meet project specifications and are delivered on time.
• Enforce health and safety regulations on-site to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Interior Fit-Out Supervisor or similar role in the UAE fit-out industry.
• Strong knowledge of interior construction processes, materials, and finishing.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse site teams.
• Familiarity with UAE health and safety regulations and local construction standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
• UAE driving license is a must.
