Team Overview:
The Contracts department oversees the delivery and execution of projects from initial mobilisation through to completion and handover. Acting as the bridge between design, commercial, and on-site teams, the department ensures that all contractual obligations are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. With a focus on planning, resource coordination, and problem-solving, the Contracts team plays a key role in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate construction activities (M&E focused) across multiple sites. This role combines office-based planning with on-site supervision to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards and HSEQ procedures.

What You'll be Doing
Experienced in supervising day-to-day site operations within live public environments, including schools, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project programmes. Skilled in coordinating plant, materials, deliveries, lifting operations, and subcontractor activities while maintaining high standards of quality and HSEQ compliance. Proficient in interpreting M&E drawings and overseeing installations such as heat pumps, PV solar systems, LED conversions, and boiler removals. Strong communicator with the ability to manage reporting streams, resolve on-site issues proactively, minimise disruption to the public, and ensure all works comply with insurance and liability requirements.
