Job Summary

We are looking for experienced
Site Supervisors
to oversee daily construction and interior fit-out activities at project sites in Guinea, West Africa.

The successful candidates will be responsible for supervising site teams, coordinating different trades, monitoring work progress, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring work is completed safely and according to project requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in
villas, residential buildings, commercial buildings, hotels, or interior fit-out projects
will be preferred.

• 
  Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and manpower.
• 
  Allocate work to workers, foremen, and subcontractors.
• 
  Monitor construction activities according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• 
  Coordinate with the Project Manager, engineers, foremen, and subcontractors.
• 
  Monitor progress and ensure work is completed within the required timeline.
• 
  Inspect workmanship and ensure required quality standards are maintained.
• 
  Coordinate civil, finishing, MEP, and interior fit-out activities.
• 
  Check materials and ensure proper use and storage at site.
• 
  Monitor manpower attendance and productivity.
• 
  Identify site issues and report them to the Project Manager.
• 
  Assist in resolving technical and operational problems.
• 
  Ensure workers follow site safety rules and procedures.
• 
  Maintain proper housekeeping and organization of the work area.
• 
  Prepare daily site progress updates and reports.
• 
  Ensure minimum wastage of materials and resources.
• 
  Support inspections, testing, and project handover activities.
