Job Description

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Organise and coordinate day-to-day work activities at project sites
  • Schedule tasks and manage workers' duty rosters
  • Supervise and lead a team of site workers
  • Monitor project progress and report updates to management
  • Carry out on-site rectification and support work when needed
  • Implement and maintain safety measures
  • Attend site meetings and liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Transport workers to and from job sites (company vehicle provided)

Requirement

  • ITE certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or other relevant engineering fields
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry
  • Prior experience supervising site workers preferred
  • Familiar with project scheduling and rostering
  • A strong team leader with good coordination and communication skills
  • Hands-on and willing to support operational work when necessary
  • Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence
