Job Description

• Responsible for implementation of work on-site and all other related matters
• Ensure that all works carried out meet company’s quality standards and requirements
• To be involved in manpower and machinery deployment
• Plan and monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project schedule
• To co-ordinate with clients, sub-contractors and workers on all project aspects to ensure smooth and timely implementation
• Support Project Manager and Engineers
• Control material wastage and manage workers on site
• Ensure project specifications are fulfilled & that company regulations are being adhered to
• Ensure good Environmental, Safety and Health practices are carried out at all times
• Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least Primary Level education
• Building Construction Safety Supervisors (BCSS) Certificate
• Registered Earthworks Supervisor Certificate
• Core-trade Supervisor and/or Pavement Certificate will be an added advantage
• At least 5 Year(s) of supervisory experience required, preferably in Civil Engineering - Earth/Roads/Drainage projects
• Organised, meticulous, responsible individual with positive work attitude and good interpersonal skills
