Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor – Civil to oversee the execution of interior fit-out and renovation projects across Dubai and the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating project teams, and ensuring work is completed according to quality, safety, and project requirements.

This role is well-suited for candidates with hands-on experience in UAE fit-out and renovation projects who can independently manage site operations and drive project progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth site operations.
• Monitor site progress, quality standards, and compliance with project schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections and provide progress updates to project management.
• Manage labour teams, subcontractors, and site resources efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, health and safety requirements, and company procedures.
• Assist in material planning, site logistics, and resource allocation.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day site challenges to maintain project timelines.
• Maintain site records and ensure proper documentation of project activities.
• Support project teams in achieving successful and timely project completion.

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience supervising renovation, interior fit-out, or construction projects within the UAE.
• Experience overseeing multiple fit-out or renovation projects from execution through completion.
• Strong understanding of site operations, construction methods, and interior fit-out works.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications.
• Good communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage site activities independently and work under project deadlines.
