About the Role

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of project sites, ensuring that all construction activities are executed in accordance with approved plans, quality standards, safety regulations, timelines, and budget constraints. This role includes active involvement in on-site quality control, site execution, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Duties and Delights

  • Handle end-to-end after-sales and warranty requests, from site surveys to work completion.
  • Assess whether customer requests are covered under warranty or should be treated as additional work or new projects.
  • Prepare cost estimates, work permits, manpower, tools, and materials for maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams to schedule work and provide progress updates.
  • Supervise site workers and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and according to AMODA's quality standards.
  • Monitor work quality, productivity, and project completion.
  • Ensure compliance with the Safety Management System (SMS), 5S, and company procedures.
  • Maintain maintenance records and recommend improvements to reduce recurring issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in construction, maintenance, after-sales, or a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, integrity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of civil works, basic electrical systems, furniture installation, and material handling.
  • Knowledge of construction materials, work equipment, and maintenance processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Results-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Committed to safety standards and operational excellence.
  • Willing to work full-time on-site at AMODA's Warehouse in Karawaci, Tangerang or travel for site visits and maintenance activities.
