If you enjoy leading teams, taking responsibility and seeing the results of your work on a major construction project, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Take ownership and lead from the front – You'll be trusted to manage day-to-day site delivery, make decisions and overcome challenges. It's an opportunity to take real responsibility, lead by example and see the direct results of your leadership on site.

Make a difference through your team – You'll lead and support civils gangs, operatives and subcontractors, helping them deliver safe, high-quality work. Your ability to bring people together, maintain standards and keep teams motivated will directly influence the success of the project.
Solve challenges and keep projects moving – Every day on site brings different priorities. You'll use your practical experience and problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles, make informed decisions and keep delivery on track. You'll have the autonomy to take action and make a visible difference to project progress.
Develop your career with Ground Control – You'll work alongside experienced Project Managers and operational teams, gaining exposure to major infrastructure delivery. You'll have opportunities to strengthen your leadership skills, broaden your experience and develop your career within a growing business.
You'll play a key role in the successful delivery of Ground Control's large EV Infrastructure contract, working closely with the Project Manager to oversee daily site operations and coordinate civils teams and subcontractors.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in delivering quality work, enjoys leading operational teams and can confidently manage site activities while maintaining high standards of safety and performance.
At Ground Control, we're proud to deliver work that improves environments, supports critical infrastructure and contributes to a greener future. Our teams play an important role in delivering projects that make a lasting difference.
As a Site Supervisor, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a nationally significant infrastructure development while working with experienced colleagues who value safety, quality and teamwork.
You'll be part of a supportive environment where your leadership, practical experience and ability to deliver results are recognised and valued.
If you're looking for a role where you can take ownership, lead teams and play an important part in delivering a major infrastructure project, we'd love to hear from you.
