We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Site Supervisor to lead onsite operations within a prestigious law firm environment. This is a hands-on, working supervisor role responsible for supporting hospitality, mailroom, production services, reception, and facilities coordination.
The Site Supervisor will ensure seamless day-to-day operations, oversee service delivery, and act as the primary liaison between the law firm and visitors, and building management. Responsibilities include covering receptionist when needed, managing hospitality services, mail distribution, copy/print/scanning production services, facilities requests, and workplace support operations. This individual will proactively facilitate requests, monitor service levels, follow up on outstanding issues, and provide timely reporting to ensure all client expectations are met with professionalism and urgency.
The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a proven ability to deliver white-glove service in a professional environment. Experience managing multiple service lines, coordinating with vendors and building management, and creating a positive client experience is essential.
