We're looking for a Site Supervisor to join our Water team, leading crews and subcontractors across a diverse portfolio of network construction projects. From planning daily activities through to solving challenges in the field, you'll play a key role in keeping projects moving safely, efficiently and on schedule.

This is an opportunity for someone who thrives on the day-to-day energy of project delivery, enjoys leading from the front and takes pride in building strong teams and quality outcomes.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate crews, subcontractors, plant, materials and resources across multiple projects
  • Lead daily site operations and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
  • Drive strong safety, environmental and quality outcomes across all activities
  • Build productive relationships with project teams, clients and stakeholders
  • Support project planning, scheduling and delivery performance
  • Monitor risks, implement controls and champion a proactive safety culture
  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity and project outcomes
  • Help deliver projects that meet the expectations of clients and local communities

What we're looking for

  • Previous supervisory experience within construction, utilities or infrastructure projects
  • Water industry experience highly regarded
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate crews and subcontractors
  • Experience planning and delivering works safely and efficiently
  • Knowledge of site safety, environmental and quality management practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to stay organised and perform in a fast-paced project environment
  • A genuine commitment to Zero Harm and leading by example
