Your contribution to Prysmian's Success:
We are looking for a Site Supervisor to join our office in Milano.
Reporting directly to Site Supervisors Coordinator you will:

  • Act as focal point with Customer Site Organization and third parties for supervising civil works, HDD, laying activities and jointing operations related to the power cable and FO systems;

  • Interface between Civil works contractors and Cable laying subcontractors for planning activities, checking civil works execution, and infrastructure;

  • Maintain a record diary of on-site activities (DPR) and other site checklists and documents;

  • Definition of detailed planning for site works for the ongoing and following weeks;

  • Supervise the operations to guarantee quality requirements of the installed system;

  • Site supervision, including personnel, assets, technical aspects, logistics, and HSE management;

  • Involvement during definition and handover of site detail design definition;

  • Support preparation of method statements and other necessary documentation for on-site work in cooperation with and under the supervision of Installation Engineering;

  • Enforce site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries;

  • Ensure compliance with internal rules and procedures throughout the process

You are the right fit if you have/are:

  • Fluent in English. German appreciated.

  • Master Degree in Construction, Civil, or other technical Engineering background.

  • 2-4 years of experience in a construction site context or excavation, digging.

  • Availability to spend long periods abroad on site (approx. 70-75% per year)

  • Driving license.

  • Leadership attitude.

  • Good communication skills and relationship approach with Clients and subcontractors.
