About the job :

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily installation activities on site, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and according to agreed planning and quality standards. You will act as a key operational reference, managing teams, supporting problem-solving on site, and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily installation activities on medium to large projects, managing teams of up to 40 people
• Oversee project progress, ensuring safety, quality, and timelines are respected
• Communicate and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure correct execution of installation works
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and quality standards on site
• Identify, analyze, and support the resolution of technical and operational issues during installation
• Collect, review, and share installation reports, including progress, quality, and safety data
• Support the Site Manager by attending meetings, reporting risks, and contributing to operational decisions
• Ensure correct implementation of installation methods and procedures
• Promote continuous improvement and best practices during installation activities

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in a Site Supervisor or similar on-site coordination role (minimum 5 years)
• Solid knowledge of installation processes and on-site operations
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to manage teams and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements on construction or industrial sites
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to act efficiently in dynamic environments
• Strong communication and reporting skills
