  Knowledgeable in prestressing works and hands-on, if required.

  Able to supervise/communicate with a team of workers at the site.
• 
  Able to communicate with sub-contractors and clerks of work.
• 
  Responsible and able to attend site meetings, as and when required.
• 
  Able to work under pressure depending on site programme/dateline.

Requirements

• 
  Mandarin/Chinese speaking
• 
  Minimum SPM
• 
  Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience.
• 
  Able to read and understand details drawings.
• 
  Able to work independently in coordinating all work on site.
